Animation and character work
Character-led sessions where personality, comedy, emotional truth, world logic and repeatable vocal choices all need to be shaped carefully.
Direction & casting
Dom’s work includes complete voice direction and end-to-end casting, as well as performance guidance within sessions led by other directors. Across animation, character-led projects and voice work, the aim is to create an atmosphere in which performers feel confident enough to explore, make bold choices and bring real life and personality to the production.
Voice direction
At its best, voice direction creates a shared sense of possibility in the room. It brings together character, intention, rhythm, clarity and editability, while giving the performer clear, imaginative ideas they can turn into performance.
Dom’s direction is grounded in years of listening from the other side of the glass: recognising when a take has genuine energy, when another colour or intention would enrich the edit, when a note needs simplifying, and when the best thing for the performance is more space, more play or a change of pace.
From the first casting brief to the final take, each decision helps define how a character feels, how a scene moves and how audiences connect with the world of the project. Dom brings creative listening, studio judgement and an organised process to every stage.

The discipline Dom has developed across animation and ADR translates naturally into games: sustained character consistency, emotionally grounded choices and clear direction across large, branching bodies of dialogue. The ambition is to help game performances feel as authored, nuanced and compelling as the worlds built around them.
From understanding the brief and exploring the character world to talent research, shortlisting, auditions, comparison, availability and booking, Dom can lead the casting process from first conversation to final choice. The logistics stay organised, while the creative focus remains on discovering voices that make characters feel immediate, distinctive and alive.
Dom works in step with directors, protecting their intention while offering translation, options and another experienced ear when useful. The best sessions become a genuinely creative exchange, focused, generous and energising, and leave everyone excited by what has been found in the room.
